Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Advisor to join our Last Mile team within Amazon Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the technical attributes of our expanding vehicle fleet and driving innovation on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the optimization of technical attributes of our vehicle fleet, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement technical solutions to improve fleet performance, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive planning, resolution, and execution of complex technical projects.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
  2. Extensive experience in technical program management, technical development, or related technical roles in the commercial mobility or automotive industry.
  3. Proven ability to work in x-functional teams, driving business reporting and results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. MBA or M.Sc. in Engineering.
  2. Strong customer focus and ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple internal and external actors.
  3. Experience in aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including Amazon senior management.
