We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to become a part of our Administration Team at Pennine Care NHS FT.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors, children, and their families, ensuring a warm welcome to our services.
  • Managing incoming telephone inquiries, providing initial assistance, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Handling data entry, preparing and formatting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking as necessary.
  • Addressing challenging telephone inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring follow-up with the relevant staff members.

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • GCSE qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in typing and word processing.
  • Strong office management capabilities.

  • Extensive background in general office and secretarial duties.
