Key Responsibilities:

  • Initially focus on procurement and service planning, including coordinating service appointments for technicians, which may involve arranging accommodations.
  • Gradually take on project management duties, overseeing various tasks from routine maintenance to more intricate projects requiring substantial material procurement.
  • Manage service operations, including data entry to monitor progress and reschedule tasks, while reviewing service documentation completed by technicians to ensure accurate logging of repairs and timely updates to clients.
  • Plan operations, confirm schedules, ensure site access, and collaborate on solutions to customer challenges.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requests and source necessary components for emergency repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Technical Sales, Trade Counter Sales, Field Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
  • Experience in material procurement for projects of varying scales.
  • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.
