Training Specialist Role at Lineage Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, administrative tasks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and order fulfillment within a third-party logistics (3PL) framework.
  • Conduct audits to ensure stock accuracy and integrity, implementing necessary improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.
  • Create and execute a training strategy to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Deliver on-site training during the initiation phase to guarantee adherence to processes.
  • Work closely with warehouse and inventory management teams to resolve any identified issues.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded throughout the transition process.
  • Provide support for ongoing operational needs as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of order processing and receipt procedures.
  • Experience in troubleshooting customer master data setups.
  • Familiarity with inventory control challenges, including shortages and discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing office operational efficiency.
  • Background in implementing stock office processes within a 3PL environment.
  • Strong commitment to training and flexibility in approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and IT competencies.
