We are seeking a Warehouse Optimization Expert to join our dynamic team at Lineage Logistics.
This role is integral to our special operations team, which is composed of skilled managers and specialists dedicated to analyzing and enhancing operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations, project management, and IT to facilitate the adoption of our preferred warehouse management systems.
Expect regular travel across the UK, with occasional trips to the US and Europe for training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting and refining warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
- Engaging with stakeholders to assess operational methods and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Delivering training sessions to empower staff and ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
- Creating a comprehensive 'playbook' for special operations in collaboration with management and fellow specialists.
