Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Administrator
Location: Office Based
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 – 25 hours per week
Type: Temporary ongoing

Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications and engaging with candidates to guide them through their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Candidate Attraction and Selection:** Implement effective strategies to attract and select suitable candidates.
2. **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
3. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to recruitment.
4. **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative assistance to the branch, including processing timesheets and creating job advertisements.
5. **Legal & Compliance:** Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a resource or similar role. While knowledge of supply chain processes is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You should be able to:
- Understand the business's needs and prioritize your workload effectively.
- Work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Demonstrate excellent numerical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit strong customer service abilities and attention to detail.
