About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts preparation, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions. You will also perform the month-end process, conduct the monthly confidential payroll process, and manage budgets and cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the company's accounts preparation
  • Oversee the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions
  • Perform the month-end process
  • Conduct the monthly confidential payroll process
  • Manage budgets and cash flow forecasting

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector, ideally in an owner-managed SME
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
  • Ability to implement change for improvement within processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to business partner with all levels of the business
  • Ability to use Sage Payroll (desirable)
