About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts preparation, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions. You will also perform the month-end process, conduct the monthly confidential payroll process, and manage budgets and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's accounts preparation
- Oversee the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions
- Perform the month-end process
- Conduct the monthly confidential payroll process
- Manage budgets and cash flow forecasting
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Experience working in the manufacturing sector, ideally in an owner-managed SME
- Strong leadership skills and experience
- Ability to implement change for improvement within processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to business partner with all levels of the business
- Ability to use Sage Payroll (desirable)
What We Offer
- Salary circa £50,000
- Benefits including 25 days holiday and annual bonus
