Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to become a key member of our Administration Team at Pennine Care NHS FT.

In this essential role, you will deliver comprehensive and confidential administrative support. The work is diverse, engaging, and at times demanding, requiring a strong work ethic and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors, children, and families to our organization.
  • Managing incoming telephone inquiries and providing initial assistance.
  • Performing data entry, drafting and formatting correspondence, and scanning/uploading documents.
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking as necessary.
  • Handling challenging telephone inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring appropriate follow-up with relevant staff members.

With your prior experience in a busy office setting, you should demonstrate accuracy in your work and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Our team is known for its supportive atmosphere, and the tasks are both varied and stimulating.

Required Qualifications
