- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Industry Expertise: Possess a sound understanding of actuarial concepts and effectively apply this knowledge to client scenarios. Uphold a reputation as an industry expert by writing articles, and appearing/talking at events.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or other related subjects.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an actuarial position, 3 of which ideally should include management responsibility.
- Professional Certifications: SoA, IFoA or other internationally recognized association.
- Technical Skills: Experience using spreadsheets and actuarial software, including AXIS, Prophet, ALFA, MOSES, VBA, C++ or others.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management while working on multiple projects as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with members at all levels. Excellent communication skills.
- Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting capacity with business development and sales aspects.
- Strategic Dialogue: Confident in contributing to strategic dialogue at the senior management level.
