Job Opportunity:

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be partnering with a well-established organization to fill a critical role for an experienced HR Generalist. This position involves working closely with senior management to advise, support, and lead on all HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement, policy, and process, training, and projects.

The Role:

  • Lead the recruitment process for all roles within the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to line managers on employee relations
  • Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive and implement the company's employment survey and analyze results
  • Manage the performance appraisal process
  • Source and organize training utilizing the apprenticeship levy
  • Ensure all key HR metrics are up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to build a performance-driven culture
  • Support on wider HR projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A generalist candidate with at least 3 years of experience as an HR advisor
  • Experience managing employee relations caseloads
  • A proven background in HR, providing advice and support
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, ideally CIPD level 5 or above
  • Excellent energy, confidence, and drive to deliver results
  • Professional and able to form excellent working relationships
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages
