About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Recruitment Officer to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a Talent and Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all campaigns across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all recruitment activities align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Writing Engaging Campaigns: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including creating compelling job advertisements and social media promotions.
- Advertise across multiple networks: Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to source the best potential candidates.
- Thorough Planning and Scheduling: Support the development and implementation of internal colleague development initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Delivery of Corporate Training: Assist in the delivery and implementation of corporate training plans, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Support to the Talent Manager: Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager, including managing the trainee and apprenticeship scheme.
Requirements:
- Experience in facilitating and delivering recruitment campaigns.
- Experience in using various job boards and social media platforms to promote vacancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write engaging job advertisements and social media promotions.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Access to a vehicle and ability to travel to our offices when required.
