Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex events, managing diaries, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate high-level events, meetings, and logistics
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and itineraries for multiple stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leadership team members
  • Correspondence and inbox management, responding to general enquiries and drafting responses on behalf of Senior Leadership team members
  • Take and document meeting minutes
  • Ensure key documentation is held, managed, and filed appropriately
Requirements:
  • Extensive previous experience in a PA or EA role, supporting at board level
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and complete a very busy workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, including the full MS Office suite, with SharePoint experience an advantage
