Executive Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and timely execution.
Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Manage daily tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Organise events, meetings, and team activities, showcasing exceptional planning and execution skills.
Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and assist with various projects as needed, demonstrating a high level of expertise and knowledge.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or similar role within financial services, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives and stakeholders.
Positive, professional, and adaptable to changing needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
