Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Hospital Clinical Pharmacist to become a vital part of our client's pharmacy team within a hospital environment. This role is essential for ensuring optimal medication management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the sole qualified pharmacist on-site, collaborating with a well-established healthcare team.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards while delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- A minimum of one year of recent clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is required.
- A postgraduate diploma relevant to hospital pharmacy practice is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential, along with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
