Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the pharmacy department's capability in delivering outstanding medication management services to patients.
- Offer pharmaceutical knowledge and guidance in patient treatment plans.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations to guarantee safe and efficient medication management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds to contribute to patient care.
- Impact prescribing habits and medication management practices.
- Design and execute departmental protocols and procedures.
- Take part in audit initiatives aimed at elevating service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Postgraduate Diploma in hospital pharmacy practice is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience post-registration.
- Clinical pharmacy experience in acute care environments.
- Membership with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
- Experience in both NHS and Private Healthcare settings.
Compensation: Competitive salary up to £46,000.00 annually
Work Arrangement: On-site
