About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our cardiac services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of cardiac services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for junior staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks.
