Lead Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the pharmacy division by delivering outstanding medication management services to clients.
  • Offer pharmaceutical knowledge and insights to improve patient care.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations to guarantee safe and efficient medication management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Shape prescribing habits and medication management strategies.
  • Design and execute departmental protocols.
  • Contribute to audit initiatives aimed at elevating service quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in hospital pharmacy practice is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience post-registration.
  • Clinical pharmacy experience in acute care environments.
  • Membership in the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
  • Experience in both NHS and Private Healthcare settings.

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £46,000.00 annually
