Store Operations Leader

As a Store Operations Leader at EE, you will be entrusted with both significant and minor decisions, sharing your expertise while also gaining insights from your team. Your goal will be to create an unparalleled retail experience that attracts both customers and top talent.
Your responsibilities will include nurturing your team and managing our products to ensure we deliver a shopping experience that stands out in the industry.
By fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, you will empower your team to excel and ensure that customers enjoy every moment spent in our store.
Overseeing one of our retail locations, you will discover the exciting opportunities that the retail sector has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and leverage new retail opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioral metrics
- Create and maintain a welcoming, customer-centric environment
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession plans
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a large or high-profile retail setting
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams to achieve strong commercial outcomes
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Established skills in coaching and team development

- Ability to formulate and execute long-term strategies
- Willingness to travel within the local area
