Store Operations Leader

As a Store Operations Leader at EE, you will be responsible for making both significant and minor decisions that impact our store's success. You will share your expertise while also gaining insights from your team, ensuring that our store remains a preferred destination for both customers and employees.
Your role will involve nurturing our team and managing our product offerings to maintain an unparalleled retail experience.
By fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, you will empower your team to excel and ensure that customers enjoy their time with us.
As you oversee one of our retail locations, you will discover the vast opportunities that the retail sector has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and leverage new retail opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on fiscal and behavioral KPIs
- Create and maintain a relaxed, customer-centric environment
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession plans
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven track record of inspirational leadership in a prominent retail setting
- History of guiding large teams to achieve strong commercial outcomes
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Established skills in coaching and team development
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to formulate and execute long-term strategies
- Willingness to travel within the local area
