Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioral KPIs
  • Create and maintain a relaxed, customer-centric environment
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession plans

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of inspirational leadership in a prominent retail setting
  • History of guiding large teams to achieve strong commercial outcomes
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Established skills in coaching and team development

Additional Attributes:

Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies
Willingness to travel within the local area
