The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Systems Administrator to join our e-Rostering Team at NHS Highland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and a passion for delivering high-quality support to clinical teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is driving the modernisation of NHS Highland's workforce management systems.

As a Workforce Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing frontline support and advice on the Allocate Optima system to clinical teams, ensuring effective and efficient use of the system.

You will also be required to perform a variety of tasks, including system administration, data maintenance, user responsibility allocation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert-level support and advice on the Allocate Optima system to clinical teams.
  2. Perform system administration tasks, including data maintenance and user responsibility allocation.
  3. Troubleshoot issues and errors with the system.
  4. Assist staff in collecting and analysing complex data, including shift patterns and hours.
  5. Develop, test, deploy, and support end-user requirements.
