This is an exciting opportunity to join the e-Rostering Team at NHS Scotland, supporting the implementation of the Allocate Optima system across Highland and Argyll & Bute.
As an expert user of the system, you will deliver training to all levels of the workforce, provide frontline support and advice on system usage, and assist clinical teams in managing the Allocate systems for effective and efficient use.
You will also be responsible for creating rosters, performing system administration, maintaining accurate data, and troubleshooting issues.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, training experience, and the ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training to all levels of the workforce on the Allocate Optima system
- Provide frontline support and advice on system usage to clinical teams
- Assist clinical teams in managing the Allocate systems for effective and efficient use
- Create rosters and perform system administration
- Maintain accurate data and troubleshoot issues
- Expert user of the Allocate Optima system
