The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our e-Rostering Team as an E-Rostering Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
The post holder will become an expert user of the Allocate Optima system, preparing and delivering training to all levels of the workforce, providing frontline support and advice on the system to clinical teams. The post holder will support the clinical teams on the management of the Allocate systems to ensure effective and efficient use.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver training to all levels of the workforce on the Allocate Optima system.
- Provide frontline support and advice on the system to clinical teams.
- Support the clinical teams on the management of the Allocate systems to ensure effective and efficient use.
- Create rosters when required and perform system administration tasks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of data within the system and allocate appropriate user responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot issues and errors within the system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and training experience, with the ability to problem solve, communicate effectively, and work in a hybrid model of working in office and home.
