Workforce Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our e-Rostering Team, supporting managers and employees with the administration, support, training, and reporting functions associated with Allocate Optima.
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of working in office and home environments. As a Systems Administrator, you will become an expert user of the Allocate Optima and Safe Care IT system, providing frontline support and advice on the system to clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration and ensure accurate maintenance of data within the system.
- Allocate appropriate user responsibilities and troubleshoot issues/errors.
- Assist staff in collecting and analyzing complex data, including shift patterns and hours.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support end-user requirements.
- Persuade, negotiate, and train staff to adapt to changing working practices.
