Job Title: Accounts Ledger Supervisor

Location: Office-based

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Thursday & 9am-5pm on Friday.

About the Role

At Churchill Estates Management Ltd, we are in a dynamic phase of growth and are seeking an Accounts Ledger Supervisor to join our Accounts & Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Credit Control departments.

The Accounts Ledger Supervisor will lead a dedicated team responsible for processing invoices, executing weekly payment runs according to established schedules, and managing various tasks such as updating supplier banking information. You will ensure that demands for leasehold Service Charges and Ground Rent are generated as per budgetary guidelines and dispatched promptly, adhering to company protocols. Additionally, you will supervise the daily activities of the Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerks and oversee the debt recovery efforts of the Credit Controller.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-centric individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You should possess prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Precision and meticulous attention to detail are crucial, as you will be handling substantial volumes of numerical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level is required.

A minimum educational qualification of GCSE level C / 5 or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language is expected.

Experience with the Qube Property Management System would be advantageous.
