About the Role

At Churchill Estates Management Ltd, we are in a phase of growth and are seeking an Accounts Ledger Supervisor to join our dynamic Accounts & Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Credit Control functions.

The Accounts Ledger Supervisor will lead a dedicated team responsible for efficient invoice processing, timely payment runs, and managing various tasks such as updating supplier banking information. You will ensure that leasehold Service Charges and Ground Rent demands are issued promptly and in accordance with established procedures, while also ensuring compliance with Direct Debit legislation for all mandates. Additionally, you will supervise the daily activities of the Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerks and the debt recovery processes managed by the Credit Controller.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-centric professional with strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.

Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as you will be handling substantial numerical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level is required.

A minimum educational qualification of GCSE level C / 5 or equivalent in Maths and English Language is expected. Familiarity with the Qube Property Management System would be advantageous.
