About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Advisor to join our team at Optical Express Group. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships with Patients: Develop strong relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment.
  • Assist in Patient Consultations: Assist optometrists in patient consultations, ensuring that patients receive accurate and comprehensive information about their treatment options.
  • Conduct Health Checks: Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check.
  • Maintain Patient Records: Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Discuss Finance Options: Discuss finance options with patients, ensuring that they understand their treatment costs and payment plans.
Requirements
