Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wiltshire College & University Centre. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our students and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our curriculum team to process part-time applications and enrolments.
  • Support students with daily queries and provide course information to ensure a smooth and successful student experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance the overall student experience.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathy and patience - you understand that every customer is unique and deserves your full attention.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience within a customer-facing role and be able to evidence your understanding of the importance of quality.
  • A flexible and positive approach and have a strong ability to manage a substantial workload.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
