Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with trade customers, aiming to win new business and cement relationships with existing trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert knowledge of LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure customer needs are met, and work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce return rates by building better relationships with customers.
