Therapeutic Child and Family Support Specialist
Our organization provides high-quality, specialist therapeutic services for children, young people, and their families.
We specialize in working with Adverse Childhood Experiences, Attachment, Relational, and Neurodiverse needs.

This role is based in a central location with easy access to multiple sites, allowing for efficient travel and support.
This is a rewarding role that requires dedication and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic support to children, young people, and their families
- Work with a specialist team to deliver high-quality services
- Manage daily travel and work independently
- Require an Enhanced DBS check
- Open to discuss full-time or term-time only working patterns
Requirements:
- Commitment to learning and understanding trauma-informed approaches
- Highly organized with ability to manage own work
- Excellent communication skills with parents, families, and professionals
- Previous experience working with children and young people in individual and group settings
- Ability to operate within policies and procedures
