Firmdale Hotels is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Operations Manager to oversee our exceptional portfolio of luxury hotels in London.

Reporting directly to the Group Night Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across all eight properties during the night shift. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including guest services, security, safety protocols, and operational support for various departments such as Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of security throughout the night across all properties.
  • Continuously monitor service delivery to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, providing personalized attention and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Effectively manage incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.
  • Provide operational support to all departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Execute the night audit process accurately and generate comprehensive nightly reports for senior management.
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Night Manager within a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, inspiring and guiding your team effectively.
  • Resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Micros and Opera is highly desirable.
