Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct nightly security inspections to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Master the Fire Evacuation procedure and implement it as necessary.
- Assist in training the night team and maintain accurate records.
- Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings to discuss key issues and share best practices.
- Oversee public areas and the cashiers' desk, ensuring a high level of service during check-out.
- Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Manage the night audit operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Promptly respond to guest requests and queries, providing a high level of customer service.
- Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback to ensure a personalized experience.
Requirements
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Approachable, professional, and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Opera.
- Previous experience in a 5-star property is desirable.
Eligibility
Candidates must be authorized to live and work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
