As a leading force in the consumer goods industry, we are searching for an accomplished Associate Creative Director Art to spearhead creative initiatives across EMEA. This role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, deeply understanding the EMEA consumer landscape and adept at translating cultural trends into compelling campaigns.

Your Impact
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with SharkNinja's overarching goals and brand identity. Collaborate closely with senior management to understand business objectives, market dynamics, and customer insights, ensuring your creative direction is strategically sound.
  • Team Management: Cultivate and inspire a diverse team of creatives, including art directors, designers, copywriters, and specialists. Foster a collaborative environment that champions innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Champion creative excellence by pushing boundaries, exploring innovative ideas, and embracing emerging technologies and trends.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output reflects SharkNinja's brand values and messaging, maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand experience for consumers.
