About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Category Director EMEA to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive growth and innovation in the beauty category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage the annual product strategy and brand communication plan for the beauty category across EU and EMEA countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, PR, social, and local countries to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including US VPs, directors, and product development teams.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the beauty category remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand and product marketing, with a significant proportion in the beauty category.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the beauty industry and market trends.
