Job Summary

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and invoicing warranty claims in compliance with strict company and manufacturing guidelines. You will also monitor claim status until final payments are received. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and invoice warranty claims in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor the status of claims, ensuring timely and accurate final payments.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all warranty claims.
  • Liaise with internal departments and manufacturers to resolve any claim-related issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and offering support related to warranty claims.

  • Previous experience in a Warranty or Service background.
  • Strong vehicle technical knowledge.
  • Computer literacy with excellent administration skills.
