Job Summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
Monitoring claim status to final payments.
Person Specification
Warranty or Service background would be beneficial.
Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial.
Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
Computer literate.
Excellent administration skills.
Able to resolve problems.
Outstanding organisation skills.
Good clear telephone manner
