**About Our Client**
My client is a LCV / LGV / HGV depot in West Bromwich, with depots and VMU's across the UK.
**The Warranty Administrator role**:
- Constructing warranty claims in compliance with the manufacturers' warranty manuals from job cards submitted by the dealerships.
- Submitting queries or requests for additional information back to the dealerships where required and ensuring responses received in timely manner.
- Updating and finalising claims prior to submission and confirming job efficiency with dealership managers.
- Ensuring claims are submitted to the manufacturer in line with manufacturer KPIs (submission days).
- The successful applicant ideally will have experience dealing within a Service Admin or Warranty Administrator role.
- Franchised main dealer experience is preferred but all backgrounds will be considered.
- The Company uses Keyloop Autoline (formerly Kerridge or CDK) as its Dealer Management System - Knowledge of this Desirable
- The successful applicant will need to have good computer literacy skills with regards Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
