About Us & The Role
The Exhibition Centre Liverpool is part of the city's vibrant waterfront event campus, which includes the M&S Bank Arena and ACC Liverpool.
We play a pivotal role in showcasing Liverpool, having hosted numerous national and international events, including significant conferences and entertainment shows.
The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, managing events across the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all attendees receive exceptional customer service while feeling secure and welcomed during their visit.
Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in Event or Operational Management. We seek individuals who exhibit the following attributes:
