Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Luxury Property Sales Executive to lead our resale division and enhance sales performance in the luxury market. This role involves cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with clients while managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to finalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the luxury real estate sector, particularly within the London market.
  • Foster strong communication and interpersonal relationships with clients.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools proficiently.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Prime Central London market.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission structure, with the potential to earn over £300,000 annually.
