About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Property Sales Representative to join our prestigious real estate agency, Score Associates, specialising in high-end luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the luxury property market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, and prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing.

Luxury Property Sales:

  • Negotiate sales contracts, coordinate property inspections, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Proven track record in residential property sales, particularly in the luxury real estate market.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets and KPI's.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in real estate or sales management are desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 30,000 - £35,000 basic DOE plus 1% commission on sale price of apartment sold.
