Job Summary

We are seeking a successful property consultant to join our team, selling luxury property throughout Zone One. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on luxury property sales and purchases
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments

Requirements

  • Some experience within residential sales would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • A sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and enthusiastic communication style
  • Self-starting with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good IT literacy skills

What We Offer

  • A basic salary of up to £25,000, plus on-target earnings of £43,000 to £49,000
  • A rota basis for working 1 in 3/4 Saturdays, with a day back in lieu the following week
