KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary goal of the Luxury Brand Representative is to achieve sales objectives collaboratively within the team by adhering to Coty's customer service and sales standards. Excellence in execution is paramount. The ideal candidate should possess a robust sales background with proven expertise in beauty, complemented by advanced make-up artistry skills and preferred fragrance knowledge.

Your main focus will include:

  • Meeting monthly sales goals and upholding company KPIs
  • Serving as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the integrity of Coty brands while following company uniform and grooming standards
  • Fostering strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and maintaining connections with retailer staff and management
  • Utilizing digital tools for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Cultivating customer relationships to influence sales and encourage upselling

The team comprises a Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and several Brand Representatives, collaborating closely with various departments such as Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account Management, Regional Education, and Area Management. All team members are sales-driven skincare experts within our portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate and ambitious, taking pride in representing this luxury brand.

ARE YOU A COTY FIT?

As an experienced Luxury Brand Representative in beauty retail, you possess a deep passion for skincare and luxury brands, treating the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.

In addition, you should have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the skincare sector
  • A strong sales background with a focus on achieving and managing targets
  • The ability to establish solid relationships with in-store retail teams
  • Experience in flagship stores is preferred
