Role Overview

Global 1, a leading luxury real estate and lifestyle company, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager/Director to head up our resale department in Prime Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in prime central London, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and corporate institutions
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to drive business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving business growth
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on London property
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
