We are seeking a competent administrator to support our People Team in delivering excellent administrative support and advice for the whole employee journey.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an intelligent and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of the People Team, you will provide administrative support and advice to the whole employee journey, working closely with the HR Business Partner and Services Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the new joiner and leaver administration, ensuring RTW documents are captured and recorded.
- Support line managers with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Issue job offer letters and contracts.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records using SharePoint and the HRIS system.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for long service, probation, address lists, etc.
- Arrange HR inductions and exit interviews.
- Obtain employment references as required.
- Provide support in relation to merger, acquisition, and integration activities.
- Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation.
- Coordinate, administer, and report on the performance appraisal process.
- General HR administration for salary increase and changes to terms and conditions correspondence, creating and updating organization charts, replying to employment and mortgage reference requests, updating and maintaining the HR pages of Air Partner's Intranet, etc.
- Support with ad hoc project work.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
- Support with Group employee engagement activities, including the engagement survey, internal communications, and employee resource groups.
- Provide support with reward and recognition activities, including values and long service awards.
- Ensure people records are managed effectively and in accordance with GDPR, Privacy, and Data Retention Policies.
- Check and collate departmental and GL Code information for Invoices and raise Purchase Orders via NetSuite.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working within an Administration/HR Administration environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and work with a range of stakeholders in a pressurized environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data.
- Awareness of confidentiality and ability to work as part of a small team.
- Resilience and ability to work in an organization that is undergoing frequent change due to development and growth.
- Sense of humor.
