About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a House Manager at Options Roxby House, a specialist residential service for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home
  • Supervise a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and Team Leaders
  • Work as a proactive role model within the team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care management or leadership role
  • Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work towards a Level 3/5 qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
