About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee our residential service, Options Thorpe. This role involves collaborating with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the effective operation of the home. You will lead a team of committed Adult Support Workers and Team Leaders, serving as a proactive role model.

About the Service:
Roxby House is a specialist residential facility, recognized for its outstanding CQC rating, providing exceptional support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. Your role will be both challenging and fulfilling, contributing to a strong safeguarding culture where individuals are respected and involved in decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:
Candidates should possess experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or House Manager within the care sector. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a willingness to pursue Level 3/5 qualifications.
