We are seeking experienced and motivated care officers to work within our residential children's home, based at Tree Tops. As a key worker, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans that are designed to provide meaningful choice and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support children and young people with their personal, social, emotional, physical, and health care needs
- Develop and implement care plans that promote choice and support
- Work as part of a team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
- Take direction and lead a shift in the absence of a senior care officer
- Good general education
- Knowledge of disabilities and ability to support children and young people
- Ability to work flexibly, including every other weekend and bank holidays
- Willingness to undertake relevant training, including the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Regular 1:1 supervisions
- Up to 30 days of annual leave and additional bank holiday entitlement
