Job Title: Children's Team Leader Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our Nights Team at Options Autism. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the service, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

About the Role:

Thorpe House is a specialist residential service that offers high-quality support and accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Supervising a team of Adult Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Working as a proactive role model within the team, promoting a positive and supportive culture
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Collaborating with other teams and services to ensure seamless care and support
