Overview:
Outcomes First Group is seeking an Overnight Residential Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role involves assisting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the residential facility, overseeing a committed group of Adult Support Workers and Team Leaders, and serving as a positive role model within the team.

About the Service:
Our residential service is recognized for its exceptional quality of care, providing specialized support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and demonstrate a willingness to pursue further qualifications at Level 3 or 5.
