About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Nights Team Leader for our service Options Roxby House located in Roxby, North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective operation of the home, overseeing a team of committed Adult Support Workers, and serving as a proactive role model within the team.

Roxby House is a specialized residential service, rated CQC Outstanding, providing high-quality support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. Your work will be both challenging and rewarding.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mandatory: NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar setting
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams
  • Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
